Semi-Private Training

30 minute classes catered to help you become STRONGER and LEANER.​

Your training involves customize planning to help you crush your fitness goals and professional coaching to help you get there.

These classes focus on a mix between strength training, functional body building, and endurance/cardio training.

Boxing Classes
(1-6 people per class)

Our boxing classes offer an exciting and engaging way to get fit! Learn the fundamentals of boxing while getting a high-intensity workout. 

 

Each session is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, boost endurance, enhance coordination, all while keeping you engaged and motivated throughout your workout.

Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, you'll leave each class feeling accomplished and invigorated.

Kid Fitness Classes
(10 kids per class)

Our main mission is to set your child up on a path to becoming STRONGER, HEALTHIER, and BETTER!

 

Our kids program combines strength training, conditioning/cardio, bodyweight movements, and boxing for a comprehensive full-body workout.

 

Each session enhances coordination, balance, and agility while promoting teamwork and personal growth.

 

Join us in a supportive environment where your child can thrive, build confidence, and cultivate lifelong healthy habits!

Our Starter Pack consists of 3 private 1-on-1 training sessions catered to teach you the fundamentals of training, helping you feel more confident in your technique before acclimating to the semi-private classes
(1-4 people per class).

 
This gives us an opportunity to learn more about you as an individual to see where you need help the most, that way we can get the best results for YOU!
